Add Kin Using the QR Code

Before you begin:

• The person you are trying to add as kin must have an active Beakin account

To add a kin using the QR code:

To add a kin:

1. You and the kin should go to the navigation bar located at the bottom of the screen and tap the “Kin” icon.

2. At the top right section of the screen, tap the “Add Kin” button.

   • Have the kin tap the QR code icon at the top right corner of their screen.

     • The kin’s QR code will display.

   • Tap the QR code icon at the top right corner of your screen.

     • Tap the “scan” toggle.

     • A scanner will get activated and you can scan the kin’s QR code.

     • It will direct you to their profile page.

     • Tap the “Add Kin” button on their profile to send the kin request.

     • They will receive a notification that you’ve requested for them as kin.
